In today’s world of blockbuster masala movies, We hardly see any movie in which we can see some serious movie contents. The recently released "Fitoor" by Yash Raj Films is just an another Love Story for Valentine couples. Directed by Abhishek Kapoor who is famous for his story telling integrity, Fitoor is a movie for out of the box experience for the casual viewers.
This movie is best for lovers, family and for all. Film Hero Aditya Roy kapoor has done a fandastic job. best actor in this movie. with A gorgious actress katrina kaif. both have done great great job . well done. Film photography began in srinagar and kashmir.
Amit trivedi composed the songs while Komail Shayan, Swanand Kirkire wrote the lyrics for the film. the song "Yea Fitoor Mera" sung by best singer in bollywood Arijit Singh. The second Song "pashmina" is also a beautifull song. All music rights have been acquire by zee music company and the job done by zee company is perfect.
Noor(Aditya Roy Kapur) loves Firdaus(Katrina Kaif) but has never been able to quite express himself. He meets the lady after many years and discover that intensity of hir feelings have not reduced and she plays alone. and what we expect a Bollwood hero to do.? Confess love and deliver some high-octane dramatic dialogues.That’s not what you get in Abhisek Kapoor’s Fitoor. Noor, looks at his love with intensity, is nervous around her in acute way and acts much like teenager around his crush. Noor plays Pip’s character from the novel, an aspiring artist, while Tabu plays the Indian version of Miss Havisham(Begum hazrat). Katrina Kaif steps in as the frosty Estella, called Fidaus in the Bolluwood adaptation.
Since Fitoor is set in Kashmir and Srinagar, the state provides a beautiful canvas on which the story can be painted. Cinematographer Anay Goswami deserves credit for capturing Kashmir beautifull exquisiteness in all its details- the white snow covered mountains, Red chinar leaves and the grey of winters. Amit Trivedi’s soulfull Music enamours me, surrounded as we are with so much surreal beauty. However Fitoor fullfill any other great expectations we had beyond Showcasting the wonderful beauty of valley and our beautifull Kashmir.
Aditya and Tabu are undoubtedly the best bets in FITOOR. While you are likely to fall in love with Noor, pity and hate is what Tabu’s Begum Hazrat evokes. You Detest Noor for his stupidity but his hauntind looks makes your heart melt. He does not express his love for Firdaus, expect for one scene where he is drunk. However, each frame involving the lead pair is laden witj romance and his intense, lovelorn facial expressions lend much weight.
