YEAH!! This is part –II of Act-Race!! Apun ka Choice… in Apun ka choice part I, have put the list of my favorite 5 Actresses… don’t remember/ missed it??? Check out here https://mouthshut.com/readreview/29076-1.html
Here comes the hero’s of the movies… yeah!! Racing in the acting competition to be on the top of the list, now everyone can’t be in number one spot. The hero’s of bollywood are men who most of the time carries the entire films on their shoulders… unless the film is made precisely keeping a female character… so you have a huge list to select from, here comes top 5 hero’s from my list …
Salman khan - Bad Boy of Bollywood :o)
Yes… he is my hero number 1 (of the Bollywood top 5) ;o)… he has the best maintained body and comes in the top 5 ranking of world sexiest men, hey he acts too… After acting in some b-grade films he made a bang Claiming “Maine pyar kiya” (a lover boy) but still went unnoticed so became a “Baghi” (a sensitive/responsible lover boy), showed his something different kind of istyle in “Andaz apna Apna” (a pudding head but a sweet guy) gave a double dose of “Judwaa” (tapori and business class sensitive guy) to those who still didn’t believe that he can act and then claimed “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam”(a guy with a charisma) . Today he is one of the best hero’s, working with almost all top banners. ;o)
Aamir Khan - Never fails to deliver something different every time :o)
His one or two (if we are lucky) movies which releases in a year surely remains at number one and two in the top ten list of any countdown serial throughout that year… super hit debut film “Qamayat se Qamayat tak” (a lover boy) didn’t take him to 7th heaven but he became more choosy about the kind of films he would do. In every film he has something fresh to offer. “Dil hai ki Manta Nahi” (a naughty but smart lover), “Raja Hindustani” (a clean heart Desi guy), “Rangeela” (a street tapori), “Sarfarosh” (a patriotic CBI officer), Dil Chahata Hai (Naughty College boy falling in love finally), with so many diverse roles he has never failed to give a hit film every time. From acting to production he proves to be the best in whatever he does…”Lagaan” (a simple and focused village boy) his first production film has become a milestone in Bollywood.
Ajay Devgan - From violence to Sensitive romantic hero a welcomed change :o)
With the distinct looks he had slim chances of becoming a hero, but with his super hit debut in “Phool aur Kante” (a action hero with a romantic pinch) he made everyone aware that a hero has arrived. Most of the stunts we saw in his earlier action packed films are done by him… Later after “Zakhm” which gave him national award for best actor. “Ishq” (comical romantic hero) to “Hum Dil De Chuke Sanam” (a sensitive husband) there was just no looking back.
Amithab Bachan - Hero with a charisma :o)
A born hero we call him now, but with no filmy support this hero had a hard time finding his debut role as a hero. “Anand” (supporting role of a Sensitive doctor) made his talent as an actor visible. Who can forget his role in “Abhimaan” (a egoistic husband), “Sholay” (a Robin Hood kind of thief), “Sharabi” (a drunkard)….. Having been in the industry he has seen not only seen good times but also has a head over downfall in his career, but then this actor didn’t give up and he came back with great films like “Kaante” (simple man, planning a bank robbery), “AKS”(a bad guy), “Kabhi Khushi Kabhi Gum” (a egoistic father). The charisma of this man will continue to be over bollywood, for years to come.
Anil kapoor - Surviving between hits and flops :o)
Never been on top of hero’s list, but nothing moved this hero …although he has bagged awards for films like “Tezaab” (mawali, lover) which made him hero number one, “Virassat” (well educated person helping villagers) left nothing for his critics to criticize. He has never been on top with so many flops in between a few hits…but who can forget his versatile acting with “Wo Saat din” (simple patiyala singer), “Mr India” (a genuine man helping kids), “Eeshwar” (a mentally challenged person), “Taal” (a practical musician), he gambled with all different kind of roles, showing how good an actor he is…
You must be wondering I am so outdated, as the top 5 in my list are all old players who have been in this industry for years… the question I keep asking is do the new actors have that kind of potential or is it just actors son will be actor (whether they can act or not) kind of thing? Ok, so here is the list of a few I love in some films
Vivek Oberoy - Son of Suresh Oberoy :o)
Has done well until now in all films he has worked; I love his cute face and smile,
Fardeen Khan - Son of Feroz Khan :o)
Has a lots of flops with a few hit in his kitty, I love the way he says his dialogues and his smile,
Hritik Roshan - Son of Rakesh Roshan :o)
Home productions have always been hits for him ;o) seems papa knows how to take out best of him… I love the graceful way he moves his body in perfect rhythm.
P.S: This is my personal choice of best five (plus 3 ;o)), which may definitely not be your best. Do send in your valuable comments if I was able to do justice in describing why I feel these to be my best 5. ;-)
