Well, its not easy rating something as subjective as your own sense of smell so I thought Id just provide my own perspective and see how it goes. Well then, in any old order:
1. Eternity, Calvin Klein
As the name rightly suggests, this one has been around for an absolute age. It has been described as having acrisp edge and warm, woodsy trail but in my opinion its a wonderfully refreshing and confident smell. An absolute classic! The women will be flocking towards you!
2. Cool Water, Davidoff
All the women Ive met seem to love it or adore and nothing less. Davidoff is a real winner. It is, apparently, composed oflavender, jasmine, oakmoss, musk and sandalwood but to put it simply, it smells great. Its freshness and light aroma make it an excellent summer fragrance.
3. Leau DIssey, Issey Miyake
Ahh, now were on to evening wear. Leau dissey hasa blend of citrus and spice combined with lower notes of musk, amber and woods. A very sophisticated perfume and perfect for wearing to a party or any formal occasion. Classy!
4. Hugo, Hugo Boss
Not unlike Eternity, this is another classic. For me, I view this as office-wear. I hear secretaries are particularly partial to Hugo but hey.youll never know unless you try. Its aspicy, lavender, ambery fragrance with a blend of woods, fresh citrus and spicy leaves. Smells fantastic!
5. Mania, Giorgio Armani
My current favourite, Mania is a great all-round fragrance. Right now, I wear it whenever because it seems to go with any light fabrics and its summertime! But once again, another refreshing perfume with anamber-woody undertone. If only summer lasted forever.
