In this generation of rock n roll and heavy metal its very hard to find genuine love songs which have a meaning and an impact on the listener. Unfortunately while I was scavenger hunting for these precious love songs of today I found a rather large collection(I guess this generation does like love songs) and I had to narrow it down to five which I can assure you was NOT an easy task! So here are my top five favourite love songs of today:
1) Thank You For Loving Me - Bon Jovi
What can I say about this one? A pure classic! The lyrics just say it all!

Well the title says it all doesn’t it? Whenever you hear it you are reminded of the person you love.everyday.

Shania has over the years produced many love songs which have been hits, but this is definitely my favourite and the fact that she wrote it for her husband just makes it more sweeter.

I have to admit that I’m not a particular fan of boy bands but when I first heard this song it made me go all warm and fuzzy. It’s a wonderful song that I would recommend to anyone getting married to play it at their wedding, it would just light up your love for each other.
