When I am stressed, tired or not feeling well, I switch on to my collection of 7000 songs and when above songs or similar songs starts playing, I feel much better. These songs shows reality of life. I have heard that, this universe started from big bang, a kind of sound released and that effect is felt when you chant OM or AMEN or similar one. Similarly if a good song, whether old or new, gives you a recharge of energy, it resonance with your inner sound, thats why we feel better.
