Khalnayak- Starring= sanjay dutt, madhuri, jackie shroff, this is probably subhash ghai’s best directed movie, and it brought out the best in sanjay dutt, The story was good also and the songs were also very good, chooli ke peeche being the most played out. The story is about a criminal name balu balram played by dutt and a cop name ganga played by madhuri goes undercover to catch him. The best scene in the movie is where sanju says jaanti ho ke ek baacha khalnayak kaab banta hai jaab dhokhe ka khanjar uske seene mein khoob diya jaaye, aab mein tumhe aur tumhari duniya ko bataonga ke ek sahi khalnayak kya hota hai.
Kalicharan- starring shatrughan sinha, as the lead hero along with reena roy, shatrughan sinha was recognized into a good actor from his villainous roles from his earlier movies, he gives a great performance in the movie. The movie is about premnath who’s hone wala son in law shatrughan sinha who’s a police officer dies and premnath gets a look alike of shatrughan sinha to catch the bad guys.
Karma- starring anil kapoor, jackie shroff, naseerddin shah and dilip kumar and anupam kher. You can probably remember anupam kher’s character as dr.dang one of the best bad guy roles ever. The movie is about police commissioner dilip kumar’s who hires three dangerous prisoners to kill dr. dang played by anupam kher. The three prisoners are anil kapoor, jackie shroff, naserddin shah. Anil kapoor is great in the comedy department, I love when he is going in the car along with everybody and says commissioner sahib koi amitabh bachnan ka gaana lagao na khaike paan banaras wala. jackie gives also a good performance. Dilip kumar is overshadowed by nasseruddin shah in dialogue delivery department.
hero- Jackie shroff’s first movie which was a huge hit and jackie was the hottest newcomer on the block. The movie had very good songs. Jackie and meenakshi give great performances and amrish puri as the villain. Story is about jackie (jackie shroff) who is a criminal falls in love with rich business man (shammi kapoors) daughter. I have seen his movie lot of times it had great dialogues also.
Ram Lakhan- starring jackie shroff, anil kapoor, amrish puri, gulshan grover. A movie about revenge, ram played by jackie and lakhan played by anil kapoor, both become police officer ram is a honest police officer, where lakhan is dishonest police officer and works for amrish puri, his uncle in the movie and in the end he finds out that his father’s killer is amrish puri. Good performances from anil, jackie =, raakhe madhuri and dimple. Anupam kher and satish kaushik are great in the comedy department. Where amrish puri and gulshan grover shines as villain.
