I have found very less people listen to radio in India.Radio is such a good entertainment;that you can listen at the sane time you work;unlike’Idiot box’
Here I will tell you which are best five among all.
1)All India Urdu service-Very nice to listen.You can improve your’urdu’by listening regularly.Otherwise everywhere we see very sweet language of the country has been replaced by’Hindi’.which looks me very bad.This programe gives you very nice;selected songs with a lot of meaning.
2)’Ek Fankar’-Usualy in the evening at 9 p.m. at Vividh Bharati.One artist is selected e.g.Khayyam.all his good songs are played.
3)Badalte hue saathi-A duet is played;therafter 2nd singer’s duet with 3rd one is played.It is quite entertaining for old songs lovers.
4)’Hawa Mahel:-Very entertaining.comes in the evenig after 8 pm.(sorry I cannot recollect timing)This I am hearing from my child hood.Those days there were no TV;Very close doctor friend Dr.Shafique Pathan had introduced this to me.It is a small drama;full of HUMOUR!
5)FM-91-:City’-This another good from FM groups;best among all FM.Language of those who compere is very sweet.Also there is prize for every question(which are asked by a person similar to Amitab Bacchan every hour after 8 am to 9 pm.Questions are asked;we have to send sms for wining 1, 000/prize & there after on hot sit you may go for 1 Lac prize question.Isn’t it nice?
