I am trying to pick 5 best Rock legends over epochs. Let me try my talent at this. After all
Doing easily what others find difficult is talent; doing what is impossible for talent is GENIUS. I have tried to be a genius. Ur comments will tell me if I have achieved at being one.
My list of best 5 are ranked 1 to 5. I have just picked the 5 best legends. Lets start with number one->
Pink Floyd:
One of the most creative, successful and enduring - as well as one of the most fascinating - groups of all time: Pink Floyd. Only member who has been a member of the PINK FLOYDs is Nicol Mason.
Scintilating. Simply amazing with the WALL.
The Final Cut IS THE BEST OF PINK FLOYD. It extends the autobiography of The Wall, concentrating on Roger Waters’ pain when his father died in World War II. Waters spins this off into a treatise on the waste of a war setting his blistering condemnations and scathing anger to some subdued music.
The lyrics of the original version of the wall are, I swear, ROCKING. The first being’WE DONT NEED ANY EDUCATION.’ THE FINAL CUT album has songs mostly talking about the post war season. The lyrics are the most amazing aspect of the PINK FLOYD albums.
Rocks like POST WAR DREAM, HOW ABOUT THE PAST, DONT DAY DREAM AND PARANOID EYES are my favourite. All these are basic SOFT ROCK. The most hilarious, wry and often most touching is the album INSIDE OUT. Above all, INSIDE OUT is about being part of a band - shared experiences that stretch across four decades.
Everyone, inevitably, has a different - often very different - view of thoughts and events. All these are virtual. Pink Floyd simply tries to capture these virtual elements. They have done great justice to their profession. The best band over the last few decades.
One has to call these soft rock when you compare these kind of albums vs METALLICA. Sorry to disappoint any metallica fans. Metallica does not feature in this review of mine.:-(
GUNS’N’ ROSES:
She’s got a smile that it seems to me
Reminds me of childhood memories

This is my favourite out of all the GUNS’N’ Roses!
The lyrics by this bandists are just too good. This is typical ROCK.
This is another band which made a mind blowing entry with a rock’GOT EYES of the BLUES Skies’. The song was aimed at arriving peace after war! This is not a very famous band these days. The popularity is just going down. The band is on the descend. All lead vocals, backing vocals, synth and percussion, lead, rhythm and acoustic guitars, rhythm and lead guitars, drums are too good. They form a perfect ROCK band!
LINKIN PARK:
Awesome sixsome in Mike, Phoenix, Chester, Rob, Joe and Brad form the band.
Congrats to Linkin Park on winning two awards at MTV Video Music Awards Japan 2005! The band won’Best Group Video’ for their’Breaking The Habit’ video, and’Best Collaboration’ for their mash-up of’Numb’ and Jay-Z’s’Encore’, ’Numb/Encore’.

My Favourites out of LINKIN PARK are: IN THE END and DIRT of YOUR SHOULDER. The later is the best of all LINKIN PARK albums.
Most of band’s albums seem to be a mix of ROCK and POP. The Fusion is really well made. One of the fast up coming bands. Regardless of what happens onstage, fans can be rest assured that the members of Linkin Park will be playing with fungus-free feet. As the baloon keeps blowing with air, the kitty gets fatter for Linkin Park. Worth encouragin this band.
OFFSPRING:
This is a punk band from Southern California. The Offspring Online - since 1997 - still has the conviction to offer special and good stuff to every Offspring fan of the planet Earth. A very young band. Its not a legend though. But a good band.
