I have once written a review on the channel itself and now writing a review on the top 5 on CNBC. I personally feel that CNBC offers a lot to everyone.and , the top 5 depends a lot on the persons interest.
To me the top according in the order of rank are:
1.STORYBOARD
2.INDIA BUSINESS HOUR
3.WHATS HOT
4.YOUNG TURKS.
5.MISC SHOWS
1.:STORYBOARD::I am interested in advertising and this show really gives one an insight into the world of advertising.It is hosted by anuradha sen gupta. the phoren maal at the end of the show is a treat to me.I get a chance to watch some of the best ads from the other countries.The people involved in advertising turn up every week .The brand campaigns are also well covered.
2.:INDIA BUSINESS HOUR::::The show which comes second on my list is INDIA BUSINESS HOUR for obvious reasons.It is a complete round up of the days happenings .If you want to be aware of the happenings round the world just tune into cnbc at 8:00p.m
3.:WHAT’S HOT:::As the name suggests , the main idea of this show is, of course discussing the latest issues in the world of business , politics etc, .it gives you an experts analysis It adds an other dimension to the news you get to know daily.Both points of view are presented on every issue.
4.:YOUNG TURKS:::I like it because of the fact that it is a very good concept and shereen bhan makes it look even better .At the end of the show the two young turks tracked for the day are compared and I really like it
5.MISC SHOWS.:What I mean by misc shows is the shows like investor camp, or some session on markets , interviews with foreign delegates visiting india etc., These shows add a new dimension to the channel itself.
And I want to say that there are many more good programmes on CNBC but, these are my top5 .
