Gone are the days when Indi Pop music was just another music arena.
Today our Indi pop has grown to new heights and an established genre of music is beautifully poured into our minds and this music comes from overseas.They are ’Strings’ from Pak.
I still remember when I was doing my graduation, the Strings duo’s album’Durr’ was released in India .Their music video ’DURR Se Koi Aaye’ was a musical craze and then started the journey of musical archives.
I have been an ardent or rather passionate and devoted fan of STRINGS for past six years and I continue to be.For me, STRINGS is like water in desert of Indi pop.They are totally fantabulous and mind blowing duo who have blessed the music listeners by their hits songs as well as their albums like DURR and DHAANI which were phenomenal.
Strings have the best guitar music as in Durr and Dhani and latez Zinda.
Also their latez YEH HAI MERI KAHAANI was absolute rocking and still continues to be in the top charts.
I also once attended their concert show in a college festival held in Mumbai.Believe me guys, they are really down-to-earth people and they never try to go overboard.
Their songs always emanate youthful vitality and strong raw emotions.
Mostly their songs have the touch of nature’s streak, true love and a bit of dark emotions.
Choosing 5 best songs of Strings isn’t a child’s play.It was very challenging to write a review on this topic due to songs inclusion dilemma.
If someone were to ask me to choose 5 best songs of Strings, then my answer would be’How can you choose Best 5 species of fishes from an Ocean?’.It’s totally impossible, Isn’t it?.but still I’ve tried to accumulate 5 life enriching songs.

This is one memorable song that can never fade away from our minds.
What’s more fascinating about this song is male voice reciting poetry in the middle which is pretty good.The’Bajaye pyar ki shabnam mere gulistan’ part is heart touching.And.of course Faisal Kapadia as the Singer and Bilal Maqsood as the Guitarist are wonderful.
Another refreshing aspect about this song is that it constitutes of both sadness and pain which is blended tactfully with peace and hope of our daily lives.Whenever I go to bed daily at night, this is one song that I never miss to play .Surely Soulful.
