The singing sensation

I must admit that I am a great fan of Udit ji. Till now I have listened to his several songs and everytime his new song tantalizes me so much. I have a great collection of his songs. His hard but sweet baritone voice and his ability to fill in the songs with correct emotion have made his songs great.

Choosing though just five of such songs is a difficult task. But since its the demand, here is my fav list:-

  1. Papa kehte hain from the film QAYAMAT SE QAYAMAT TAK. This song is enough to inspire the young guns and has been very well sung by him. The music is fantastic. I like the guitar piece in the song very much.

  2. Ghar se nikalte hi from the film PAPA KEHTE HAI. Its a slow and soft song with good use of some instruments. A perfect 8 beat song which has been again very well sung by Uditji. It is a very good song to be heard specially at night.

  3. E Ajnabi from the film DIL SE. A very good musical By shri AR Rahman ji and to add to the success, very good sung by Udit ji. Another slow and soft song which demands a lot of singing skills.

4.  Tere Naam. This title song was enough to add to the success of the film. The emotions poured by Uditji in this song are mindblowing. The true feelings of love oozed out from the melodious voice of Uditji.

5.Ye Tara Woh Tara from the film SWADES. It is perhaps the best song sung by Uditji by far. As usual a good Music from shri Rahman. The variations taken by Uditji while singing this song are really difficult. But his sweet smile and easy singing style really made this a noteworthy song from him.
