Do u all know the story of monkey and crocodile ?Crocodile n monkey r gud friends and croc’s wife wanst to eat monkey, , so croc invites him to dinner etc etc . when monkey is on croc’s back he comes to know abt taht, So to fool croc to save his own life , he says ’’I left my heart on the trees branch ’’and it goes on etc etc . Like wise May be I shud leave my brain at home n see with the so called filmi dil when I go to a hit movie. Guys Here I am again :-) with my list .
Kuch kuch hotha hain : God , after I saw this movie , mere dimmag ko bhi kuch kuch hogaya . I didnt knew that kids cud be so scarry . An 8 year old gal talking abt big things and trying to unite the so called love( even her dad didnt knew abt his love) . Rani (clad in minis made out of handkerchiefs) writes 8 letters to her kid, right from year 1 to year 8 %$^%%’’^ hey did anyone bother to understadn your primary school books when u were 8????The most irritating miss briganza anupam kher, jonny lever and farida jalal. Do I need more ?was it meant to be a camp for kids or adults . U find SRK, Kajol, Farida jalal, Salman ...some people romancing and others encouraging that, kids dancing in the background. SRK cried more than Kajol , didnt he :-( ?
Mohobbatein : I thought college life makes the foundation of your career, but hey a lecturer encourages 18 to 20 year old fellas to jump walls and go n meet gals and the movie is called mohobbatein. I wonder how many youngsters absorb this stuff from movies.this is how u fall in mohobbat .... U r bful , I m kewl, exchange a couple of glances , bestow a song in mountains.This whole concept seemed like crap to me . what happens in adolescence is infatuation isnt it ( may be) , I wonder how wud have SRK felt if that Aish ( Iff she were alive n if they got married later in the movie) blows up his credit cards in shopping or turns out to be a strong headed arrogant wife, may be a violin n hand and sings , Humko biwii se bachaaloo..... head of gurukul agrees to sperad love( what kind of pyaar yaar for heavens sake) in Gurukul, I still didnt understand :-(
K3G : one more superhit . This time it is Kajol , she made me go insane . she was loud , her overacting freaked me out. Everyone kinda hated kareena , know what UK born n brought up desi gals , most of them, have more or less same mannerisms , so she didnt seem that bad, , though it was a bit too much to bear. The songs are like bang bang bang on ur head , say shava shava is the worst of all , then comes banno ki saheli , the list goes on. I was not so pleased to see that moron look on jaya bhadhuri through out the film . Amitabh says in the end that he loved sharukh so much and missed him , but before jaya ji lectures him , he seemed so indifferent towards welcomg SRK back in to their family, he was very reluctant and slaps hrithik 2. In short , indifferent amit ji , long faced jaya ji , screaming kajol , boring kareena , loads of tears in SRKS eyes , dancing hrithik = laods of ghum for audience ( like me)
Hum apke hain kaun : In short , madhuri looks like salman’s aunt .I hated her dres sense , flashy green and white , veryy irritatingly purply sari , horrible accessories in pehla pehla pyaar hain , I was scared that her dresses might rip off any moment coz they were so tight. Salman Oh God his shirt and jacket combinations , I cudnt even imagine in my scariest dreams . After seeing thsi movie , I thought that people like me cud even develop an allergy towards colours.Coming to music , I just cudnt digest lo chali mein , samdhi samdhan , chco ice cream , etc etc . All I cud c was loads of people in very gawdy dresses , loads of flowers , a dog running here and there and dancing and ofcourse understanding love between hero and herione ( how come yaar none of the grownups understand ) . I guess I can fill up this whole section talking abt this movie but I leave it to ur imagination.
Hum DIl dechuke sanam : one more borinng movie . aish looked pretty in ghaghra choli , but saris , may be they r not for her. She is far too skinny. her voice and her acting is pathetic . Salman acted like a clown in the movie . everything was so predictable. Ok guyscoming to the point I wonder what is this movie trying to say , U love someone before marriage, and then u can forget him coz u r married and u r not supposed to?or trying to show how a woman shud adjust ? or how one shudnt marry just by seeing nimbuda dance?or if u find that ur wife is not pleased with marriage take her to her whom she wants to be with ? a very complicated movie isnt it ?I was lost again. Ok OK , I know I think a bit too much , If cinema were like real life no one wudnt want to c it . It is a mode of entertainment , I 2 agree , I like those dream songs and all . But I feel that there is a limit some where to that abstractness. Kids behaving like moderators between lovers , dogs uniting lovers , 18 year old guys and 16 year old gals in serious love epics are too much for my lil brain. So I personally think for people like me , these films are a torture. What do u think people, let me know ?
