My favourite five .

Well, I wanted to write a preface before dropping my favorite five situational songs, but could not, due to time constraint(being in IT, I have to pay the price).

I dedicate these numbers to my best friend .who also happens to be my wife(or its other way around:).

** Apkee Ankho me kuchh mehke hue se khwab hai(Ghar)**

**_**

Its simply outstanding, amazing and awesome, created by maestro RD, Kishore, Lata and Gulzar.( I know everyone knows this but I can’t help it .really)

These formidable fours have created a music, which takes us to a different level

It grows with time, more you listen more you fall in love with this number and with your beloved.

**hame aur jeene kee chahat na hotee agar tum na hote(agar tum na hote)**

**_**

This one is surely a winner and you bet, its not flattery J

Again RD, Kishore  Gulzar  and Lata  makes it out of the world.

I really feel sooo much obliged to these guys ….they have given us so much to relish.

I would love to sing this for my beloved to show the importance she has got in my life

and just to tell her what she means to me.

**O mere dil ke chain, chain aaye mere dil ko dua kijiye(Mere Jeevan saathi)**

**_**

Ultimate expression of luv, faith and determination to change the world(tum jo pakad lo haath mera duniya badal sakta hun main)

Lyricist is Majruh(who has done an ultimate poetry here) and all the others remain same.Again, great music, great poetry.

Nice way to propose(if you can’t write your own) and keep showering her with all the affection of the world

** Kabhi kabhi mere dil me khayal aata hai(Kabhi Kabhi)**

**_**

Inexplicable song, I can keep talking about this number, but I won’t.Don’t worry guys.”listening is believing”.

Beautifuly sung by Mukesh and Lata, excellent music by Khyaam, well written shayri by Sahir Ludhinawi( I just love his lyrics, the kind of intellectual element he pours into his lyrics is phenomenal)

Imagine you are singing this for your lover and she is shying away…

**Ye raate ye  mausam nadi ka kinara ye chanchal hawa**

**_**

This one is from “Shradhanjali” by Lata to the legends of yesteryears

I just adore this very soft melody, it’s a melody redefined, don’t take my words for it, listen yourself and enjoy. Just imagine you are with your beloved surrounded by the described ambience, it’s a sheer magic.
