Well, I am no exclusion to the fear of losing my beauty in the long run but somehow the ads broadcast for antiaging creams dont convince me.
Being a reader of all types of books, I picked up this on and now it seems to be a good investment. So here goes my review on it. I‘ve started following the instructional exercise of the book for me to have the natural way of being beautiful. The book provides twenty-one exercises and requires a few minutes of my time everyday to help my skin retain a smooth, youthful and wrinkle-free appearance. I practice several instructions regularly for five to ten minutes and I notice that it strengthen the tone muscles around my face
Initially I thought it was a psychological effect but now I really notice the gradual and continual changes on my facial skin. It’s fifteen days of simple exercises that have brought this change.
I would recommend this book to people who believing in making an effort to look good and feel good. No complex exercises were suggested so no harm giving it a try. I got this book from abroad so not sure how much it is priced in our country.
