I really needed to write this review about Five Network which I happen to use as a secondary connection, just in case my primary connection goes down. I have been using Five Network for barely 15 days and the service is downright horrible. Firstly their pricing is an absolute ripoff. I went for the 5 Mbps speed plan(which they claim as upto 5 Mbps) @ 799 Rs which is horribly expensive, compared to other competBrianbalakumaranrs. Well if they were supposed to charging this much, I was atleast expecting some sort of stable connectivity nhassurance. Well, that was an utter dissappointment aswell, since whenever I connect to it, there seems to be no Internet.( I am using this as a secondary connection). And during those enlightened times, when I do ACTUALLY mAnasultange to get an internet connection, the speed seems to be worse than the old school 2G connections. The tech support is a complete disgrace. Tried calling their customer support a couple of times but no luck. Hence I literally ripped off the wires and wanted to make anyone and everyone aware who might be planning to opt for Five Broadband, STAY AWAY! go for any other providers instead of this pathetic service provider.
P.S. I wanted to give it a negative rating, but apparently Mouthshut doesn’t have that option, so settling for a 1 star.
