Jo Haara Woh Bandar

Selecting five worst actors of Indian cinema is like selecting two dis-similar snowflakes. There are a lots to choose from.

I will help my cause by not considering retired actors. So my list won’t feature the likes of Joy Mukherjee, Bharat Bhushan, Raj Kapoor(Yes, I think he was no good!!) and company. Neither will I consider non starters like Kishen Kumar, Rahul Roy, Armaan Kohli and the likes. I will pick my five from the current crop i.e actors still very much in demand.

  1. Shahrukh Khan

It would be an insult to any other actor to be picked in the worst actor list ahead of this so called ’Superstar Khan’. Overacting, hamming and playing second fiddle to heroines is his trademark. Shahrukh is most overrated actor in the history of Indian cinema.

  1. Abhishek Bachchan

Being Amitabh and Jaya Bachchan’s son is a very definite plus point but junior B has very little talent and luck to go with it. 7 straight flops in 7 films is not the kind of welcome accorded to a good actor.

  1. Sunil Shetty

Being a rich macho man with an acute business sense has its advantages. You can continue to work in films after a decade of being continuously rejected by the audiences. Sunil Shetty has not had a solo hit to his credit since 1994. Howzzat!

  1. Bobby Deol

I’m particularly sad to be saying this since Dharamji and Sunny Deol are my all time favourites. Bobby Deol just doesn’t have it in him inspite of the famous Deol good looks. His acting and film selection needs a facelift.

  1. Fardeen Khan

I know I said that I won’t consider non-starters but hey, Fardeen has had 3 solo releases in this year. That makes him hot property. This could be a very long review if I write all of Fardeen’s flaws.

A few other intolerables...

Aftab Shivdasani

Manoj Bajpai

Salman Khan
