There are a lot of new brands of men and women shirts and trousers that have come up or become more visible courtesy the new mall culture in Gurgaon. Everyone is doing their best to woo the customers. But the question is how many of them will maintain their credibility in future.
This is my personal experience which I am sharing with you folks. One weekend I was strolling in the DT mall when I thought maybe I pick up a couple of informal shirts for myself. Thus, I entered [Voi] thinking that I mght get value for money clothing there. Thus after having a look around I choose a couple of shirts which looked fine and contemprary.
I happily brought them home thinking I had a good buy. But to my dismay, both of the shirts did not turn out as expected even when I had shelled out a lot of money for them. The fabric got lost its original sheen and texture after one wash itself. I was quiet till then and vowed secretly in my heart never to buy from VOI again.
However yesterday a courier came from voi. The Business head had sent me a special privelage card which would enable me to have discounts on every purchase and the card would remain valid on the condition that I use it once a year. The promotion was too good, the card looks excellently designed.all in all a lot of money was spent on the promotion aspect. They have named the product VOI which means’you’ but to no avail.
My only concern is that if they had spent enough money on the product quality, then the product would have got promotion by itself. What do u guys say?
