Cars were launched in INDIA in 1950’s and since then there were many cars launched in INDIA, Many Cars Company launched their products but there are many Cars that were not able to win the hearts of INDIAN buyers and out of that gigantic collection, I have selected the FIVE BEST from the WORST.
1.REVA
REVA is the first Indian battery car, it has High torque(70 nm), separately excited DC motor, it has a top speed of 65KM/HR(where the world is looking for speed, REVA comes with only 65k/hr).But the biggest drawback of REVA is it can take load upto 227 kgs.And the outlook of Reva also needs improvement.The technology of BATTERY are quite good, but it the concept was too new and somewhat hard to understand(Hey, the concept is easy for URBANS, but for rurals it is not easy).Performance wise Also REVA doesnt impress.
OVERALL, REVA was a HONEST ATTEMPT, but due to poor ENGINE, awful styling and atrocious TOP-SPEED, it didnt appealed to any one.The sales were good in DELHI, but the sales in other cites were not IMPRESSIVE.
2.FORD ESCRT
Ford ESC*RT had the worst of the engines of all times, it also had a low Ground clearence, the Interiors were lovable but ENGINE was too weak.FORD also made many changes to the older model(the first model)but the changes were not much and Ultimately it didnt IMPRESSED any one.
Overall, FORD ESCRT was one the worst CARS ever launched in INDIA(Sorry Ford uncle but this is the truth)and the new models werent too IMPRESSIVE either.
3.TATA ESTATE
Poor styling, High maintenance, low Milege were the features of TATA ESTATE.This was one of the early cars Made by TATA MOTORS.The Engine was BRILLIANT, but it was not enough to save TATA ESTATE.
OVERALL, TATA ESTATE had its Moments of glory but due to its Poor styling, High maintenance and low milege it wasnt able to impress any one.
4.FIAT UNO
FIAT UNO was launched as a competitor to’ALL TIME MARUTI 800’, but due to its poor engine, high maintenance and bad service(FIAT didnt had many service stations at that time)
OVERALL, FIAT UNO was a loser all the way whether its styling, service or safety.God Please save its OWNERS.
5.FIAT SIENA
Fiat Siena had good looks, low maintenance but The Engine was the Main DRAWBACK of the car, it was just 1.6 engine(at that time even other brands launched 2.2 engines also).And FIAT didnt adverted it so much and they also didnt Impressed their users.
Overall, SIENA had good looks but the engine was too poor and OUTDATED, even the PICK-UP of the car wasnt good.This car was also loser all the way.FIAT was not able to sell half of the produced stock.
So, here was my list about Five worst cars, the list may vary(change) with other people, but I wrote what I felt, i m quite confident that you will also love my choice.At last I just want to say
