The matter was resolved to our satisfaction once it was sent to ceo@letsbuy.com through their website. They took the feedback in right spirit. All is well that ends well, and since the matter is resolved, we don’t have any further complaint. We would certainly buy from them again. The matter could have been avoided had letsbuy been a little pro-active.
