Never buy anything from ezmaal .com, one of the fake website.no good products. I had purchase Morphy Richards epilator from this website. The website says that 15 days replacement and also say that we refund it.
When I got the epilator it was not working well at the first day, so the same day I place an complaint. No calls from call center no customer coordinator as all. I got the product on 20th March, after calling them up continue sly.
They gave me Morphy Richard’s service station office address, I gave the epilator there, till today I have not got my epilator, and the people both in ezmaal.com and service station are not picking up the call.
