I ordered a stove on snapdeal.com. They delivered wrong model. When I wrote to them, they said they’ll have a return pickup arranged, it’s been 45 days and repeated reminders. They have not picked up the wrong product yet. Somebody called from snapdeal and said u send it to us with your courier expense! That is preposterous! I have to spend 2500/- rupees on shipping them a product worth 4600/- and that too not sure they will refund the amount or not.
