I have ordered pigeon induction cooktop from this website.after 15 days of delaying the product I got a message that your product has been delivered as it was confirmed by the courier partner.i called the courier company they said it is not delivered as you can see on courier website.
I have also checked it saying "it is in trasit" then how shopclues wrote that it is delivered.i didn’t get my product till now.and most important thing they have the worst customer support.the executives of shopclues don’t know what they are saying.i have wrote the mail to their support team regarding delivery.they replied "WE REQUEST YOU TO FOLLOW THE BELOW STEPS TO FILE A RETURN REQUEST" I really don’t know how this company is running. and how could I return the product which is still not delivered to me.
