Don’t use Ibibo.com for any web related services. Especially goibibo.com for booking tickets. By mistake I once used goibibo for booking my plane tickets. Due to technical error, they debited the amount twice from my account. The agreed to their mistake and despite me calling them several times over the past 1.5 months, they have not reverted my money.
Everytime they say it will come in 72 hrs, 7 days. All the call centre guys, their managers and even their bosses collude to frustrate the customer by delaying and then stop responding to calls. They make false promises, disconnect calls, never escalate, never return calls. Kindly file cases in consumer courts if you have ever suffered due to them. Let’s treat them a lesson. Don’t use their services at all.
