I have ordered a cake and flowers for my dad’s birthday. I ordered 2 days before the date. No one contacted. The product was not delivered on the preferred time(8AM - 12pm). I called customer care and Enquirer. They said they can’t deliver the flowers. They will deliver chocolate box along with cake instead of flowers. I said ok. after 2 hours they make a call and said they can’t deliver on that date, if I need they will deliver tomorrow. is this the way to serve their clients? I ask them to cancel the order and give the amount back. Very terrible experience I had.
