Request everyone not to order anything from this website. I had called them before placing an order to confirm whether they can deliver the cake for a birthday. After I got the confirmation I placed an order and on the date of delivery, I get a call saying it’s not possible to deliver the cake.
I requested to raise the complaint(169540) and within 15 mins of complaint registered the order status got updated as amount refunded. It’s been a week and till today no news of refund. I reached out to customer care and I came to know that they haven’t even raised the request for the refund.
I would say don’t waste your time, money and effort to place an order as it will spoil your special occasion.
