Ordered a gift for a friend and they sent me an email on her birthday that they cannot deliver. If they had told me earlier, I would have thought about alternate plans. They told me in the evening of her birthday.
They are still not refunding the money too. I send an email and they send some standard replies after 20 days. They are just keeping my money and cheating. They just cheat. They should atleast take time to refund my money. It is absolute cheating to get the money and not do the service. I wish I could go to consumer court.
