Cheat Company ran away with money

I ordered Cake and flower on 13th Feb. Only flower is delieverd on 13th Feb and cake is not deleiverd. Now I requested for full refund as occasion is spoiled. No body is responding.


I have got two false message that someone will respond but no body responds.


Such kinds of mistakes should be immediately responded.
