On Saturday we planned for a dinner at Flambe. When I called to book a table for 6, the person who received the call pretended as if the restaurant was full and he could block a table for us if we are sure of going there. When we reached there, we found all the tables to be empty except 2 where there were only a couple.
When we ordered for a common drink which is available in all the Bars, the waiter said its not available n we said "its not an expensive drink n available in every bar, then how come you guys dont keep it, specially on a weekend" n that fool was so arrogant n rude in answering. When we asked for the Manager, he says I am the Manager here.When we told him that being a Manager he should know how to talk to his customers he dint even have the patience n guts to look into our face n talk n this fool doesnt even have the courtesy to apologize.The so called service industry people. I know how much importance is given to politeness and patience during the BHM course. but this so called Manager dint have any of those. After we ordered the starters, it comes after almost half an hour n the quantity was so damn pathetic.we were 6 people n every starters we ordered came in 6pieces in a plate n the size was approximately 1.5" of every piece.The fish fingers came without white sauce(Mayo., ) which is commonly served with fish fingers.(even at a road side stall) When we asked for it, the waiter got it, n how was it.? Directly from some dirty smelling fridge which had added the dirty taste n smell to the white sauce too. Oil floating on top of it. Yuck, I feel pukish when I think of it. They charge so high for all the items and the quantity is not even worth quarter the actual price. Before the starters came we ordered for main course and after we finished the starters it took more than half an hour again to get the main course. One of us ordered for Mutton Biryani n the rice n meat was raw. not even half cooked. The menu card explains what each dish includes, but when the dish actually comes to u, it has all different things added by them with their convenience. The attitude of the Manager is like he is serving the food for free of cost n we are all beggars there. We even wanted to have dessert but looking at all the experience, we opted to go to some other place n enjoyed our dessert there. My family had come to visit us n we went to have dinner n some nice time but Thanks to Flambe n its staff, for spoiling the whole night n making it so pathetic.Our bill was Rs.3340 n it was not even worth Rs.340. I think the Management should look into this n such IDIOTS should be taught how to behave first. Otherwise we can very soon see the Flambe Shutters closed.
