When we are planning for Himachal Pradesh, we approach Flamingo Travels Ahmedabad C G Road Branch.
When we went to there office, we have to wait for about more then a hour to meet there executive.( even drinking water is not served to us during waiting period).
After one hour, there executive calls us and we explain our plan to them.
Executive give us brief of there itinerary on laptop, but without any interest( like a marketing guy.)
Office is full of noise, staff are eating on there desk, ( lot of smell in area)
We are shocked that such a promising name in tour industry has such a pathetic office like Government office.
Also sales executive didn’t explain us properly about the plan and cost.
Main focus of executive is to book the plan and take advance as soon as possible.
Such a big name has that kind of training to there staff shock us.
