My experience with flipclass was horrible. I was looking for a private tutor for my son who was in 8th std . I contacted flipclass, they informed a date to send me a teacher for a demo class, and the teacher never arrived, and it was repeated for another time, finally they send a teacher, who came to my house and understand my requirement . Meanwhile I started getting calls from flipclass to pay the registration fee along with the tuition fee . I thought that the teacher had visited and she will be coming, and there is no harm on paying the money . I paid the tuition fee and the registration fee and got a schedule of the timing when the teacher will be coming along with the money receipt. Now the actual problem started .
As per the schedule the teacher didn’t turned up, I followed up with Flipclass and came to know that the teacher who came to my house is no longer available and they are finding a substitute for her, time spend and no response from flipclass, I again called up, the same response came without any date commitment. I waited for almost one month after paying the money full in advance, with to result . I finally told flipclass to refund my money and that their service is no more required, the entire episode happened between nov 2014 to dec 2014 . They didn’t refund the money till March end, that to after starting multiple followups from end of March 2015 . And to my surprise, they have not refunded my money in full, and deducted the registration fee of Rs. 2000 from it, in spite of their fault I suffered and still they didn’t ask for apology and not provided the refund in full .
My suggestion to everybody regarding Flipclass is, do not pay any advance money, even better do not ask to provide them a tutor . This is just a worst organisation without any values .
