Flipclass claims to be run by alumni of IITs and IIMs but their business ethics are that of a cheap third rate organisation.
If not anything else the IITs and IIMs should have taught the founders and directors basic curtsies on how to deal with clients. I had taken tuition packages for my son for class 12 in Maths, Physics and Chemistry.
The classes taken by the tutors are extremely irregular and as per their wishes. The package was for 26 hours per month and till date from July there has not been a single month where the 26 hours were completed.
The shortfall ranged from 8 hours per month to 16 hours per month.
They do not respond to your mails regarding the lack of commitment shown by tutors. They are however very prompt in terminating a service without informing the client.
They did not even have the grace of calling me and telling me that one of the packages was due for renewal, instead they just told the tutor not to take classes.
This amounts to blackmail, knowing fully well that this is a critical time for my son and that we cannot waste time in searching for another tutor.
Its quite an indictment of the education system of IITs and IIMs that their alumni run organisations such as these.
