I am very upset with #FLIPCLASS underrated poor service. I have paid 3000/- just for the registration and couldn’t take any class apart from DEMO class as they provided a lecturer at the very last movement, where I clearly informed the concerned person that I have my exams within 2days.
And they got back to me only after 1 and half day. And by the time lecturer turned up to my location was left over with only half a day.
When I have mentioned that my exam dates are too close by either the #FLIPCLASS should have informed that he will need a days time to check and get back which he failed to do so.
Or That coworker should have charged me less because I am taking this service just for 1 day and not more than that because you have charged same 3000/- for a month to other customers. Which he failed to do again.
And when asked for a refund got a very rude answer from employee’s.
I did also ask the person to charge me for their effort in finding a person(but by the time the lecturer turned out it was too late for us to start off with classes).
Do charge me something around 25% of registration fee instead not rude answers or ignoring my calls or not charging full 3000/- for half an hour.
A bunch of frauds cheating parents and students. Beware of such Fraudsters people
