I’m a newbie in flipkart and within a month I’ve ordered 4 products( JBL flip II, sandisk micro sd x2 and Watchdogs(xbox) with a total worth of 10, 000 above(rupees). All products are genuine and had the authenticity seal and of all, they’ve got the BEST DELIVERY SYSTEM IN INDIA! I received all the products before 5-6 days before their expected delivery date( aug 20 2014). Previously I had ordered items from other websites including myntra, jabong, snapdeal n amazon n shop clues, but Flipkart’s customer service and tracking system definitely stands out of the crowd. though their products are a few bucks costlier. definitely I’d recommend flipkart to anyone I know for online shopping(electronics).
I always received the products ordered and within stipulated time. Packing was always good and products were always brand new and genuine. I have one complaint however that they have stopped sending printed receipt of purchase with the package like they used to. The receipts were sent to my email so I guess it is no big deal.
If anyone’s up for online shopping especially electronics n stuff. flipkart is your first choice!
