I know Flipkart is one of leading e commerce company but I didn’t got the thing that how could they got reach upto this level.
May be older relationship in past to the customers may be good that’s why the customers trusts to Flipkart.
In case of mine I experience a worst things with the Flipkart.As now a days, trending thing is to prefer and earn.i earned the reward.i purchased a product that will satisfy the condition of reward applicable.
They also provided the reward but when I wanted replace my order they refuse to give the reward when I was able to see the reward money in my wallet
Also there customer support executive talked to foolished and gave me unsatifactual answers.
Also delivery is too bad now a days as compared to others sites.
