Hi, I was a certified buyer of flipkar.com. But after a few days ago I bought A lenovo phone for my friend and experience was very bad.
Bluetooth not working on this device and when I complain they told that we will return after verification. But they dont call again.
After few days wifi not working . Not connecting to any wifi. Then also I complaint they told the same . Still I waite 1 week but not a single response from flip kart.
After that they told I have to install a software in computer and contact again . I do and further contact them . Then they told theri return policy under 30 days . After this we will contact service center.
So guys I think they fraud us for saying return policy. Dont recommend this to anyone
