FLIPKART.COM is a site where you should not waist time for shop.
I have ordered Yota phone to flipkart. for three times and filpkart is not able to deliver it to me. All the time I need to make complaint to them and after that customer care wake up and they regret it and ask me to re order. secondly The site has policy that "cash on delivery" but the delivery boy wants money first before delivery for another item which I ordered.
Most funny thing is that the delivery boy him self has suggested not to shop from Flipkart. This is the response when I have not paid money to them just think what will be my condition with with there working culture if I have paid the amount in advance. So beware of the site if you pay in advance you will be in trouble.
They are least bothered about the customer. for them all the faults are of customers. The items are not delivered in time and to console you they will show they are giving them special favor. As I cant get my item in time so they provide it with fast delivery option in 7 Days and standard delivery also deliver in 7 days. but to make you fool they show as Fast delivery option.
Smartness of their Agents: The agent saw my phone is not delivered in time so she cancelled the order and offered me replacement with same rate later while checking on this website it is found that the phone was available with heavy discount now if I order fresh.
Be aware of Flipkart. they don’t have work culture. They don’t know
