I had purchased Flipkart SmartBuy Wireless Mouse and it is very bad as scroll didnt work properly. When I had purchased it was under offer and when I was asking to return this product they says that it wont be replaced you will get a cash return and not the product. but another product when I had returned it says that it will only get replaced not refund. so they are trying to get the product offered with all the returned products and with defects and once it is sold no further you can be done. very bad experience with them.
