Flipkart is one of the worst online shopping site in India . I also heard bad, negative reviews on Flipkart . I purchased many products from Flipkart. I have many bad experiences with this shipping site .
1) Very recently when I placed any order, it is cancelled after 3 hours . When I ask their customer service what is the reason, they tell me different reasons in different time .
2) For auto- Cancelling my order, I launched a complaint in Flipkart, they take 4 days to solve my issue, after 4 days they take more 2 days . But, after total 6 days no reply from them . So their customer service team is too bad& slow .
3) I have some Flipkart Wallet balance, after few days when I checked my balance it show nil .
4) Very recently I purchased a Prestige Pressure Cooker . After opening packet I saw it was used product . Previously when I purchased another pressure cooker, I saw one piece of rice under the pressure cooker . Besides it, other products also old& used .
5) Now a days Flipkart delivered very bad quality products .
6) Delivery charges are too high in Flipkart .
So, I have many bad experiences with flipkart . I never suggest this online store .
