Sir, this is to complain that Flipkart sent me a counterfeit product at first and now it is refusing to refund my money. I had ordered a Celestron Portable Telescope 118X(Complaint No/Incident ID: 141208-116012) from Flipkart app for educational amateur astronomy purposes. Later I realised that it was a duplicate product and that is why Flipkart was selling it so cheap on its website. Manufacturer’s website refused to register the product for extension of warranty purposes saying that the serial number printed on the telescope was invalid. When I tried to return the product, Flipkart’s customer harassment executives out rightly rejected my request and also refused to refund the money. I trusted Flipkart’s brand name and that proved to be my biggest mistake. I request you to refund my money immediately alongwith an overcompensation of Rs.20, 000 worth of Flipkart vouchers.
