I had ordered a phone from flipkart with an estimate delivery time of 5-7 days from ordering. 5-7 days is what it said when I had put my pin code while ordering. Order was successfully placed. Everything was looking good. But 3-4 days later there was no mail to update about the order. I didnt know what to do. I contacted customer care of flipkart but I didnt get any satisfactory response from their end. And finally I got a response from flipkart after 4 months.yes you read it right "4 months".’We highly regret any inconvenience caused. Your order is automatically cancelled. Please place your order again’. This was really disappointing and I would never recommend any friend or family member to shop from flipkart. You just cannot promise so much and deliver nothing. 5-7 days VS 120 days and that too informing about that cancelling order without prior information.
