I have purchased a Lotus Herbals Cocomoist Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Lotion(OD104971787332568000) from FLIPKART.
The seller was MRetail. When I received the product, I found that instead of Lotus Herbals Cocomoist Cocoa Butter Moisturizing Lotion, that seller send some other product of LOTUS.
I immediately contact Flipkart CC and got some funny reply. The executive told me that the said product was not avail with seller. So he sent me some different with more price.
Such a bad experience I ever faced on E-shopping. Though Flipkart arranged for same day pickup and returned the amount within 48 hrs.
