I ordered a blackberry Z3 phone for my sister on her birthday and after waiting for more than 10days, they are telling me that "Sorry sir we can’t deliver the phone, your order has been cancelled and sorry for the inconvenience! If you want the phone you have to pay Rs 1000/- extra."
Why shall I pay a thousand extra when I have booked a phone for 14999/-?Is this how you do business?
I will definitely raise this issue in the newspaper and on internet too because this is not the first time, my colleague Rajiv has faced the same issue while pre-ordering his Motorolla phone a few months back, and will never ever recommend anyone to go for flipkart.
Actually they trap people by offering a product at a very low price and do promotions to increase their value in the market, but when it comes to shipping of the product they will tell you that the product is not available in the stock now and if you want that product, you have to pay more amount to order from another retailer, else they will cancel the order.When you were not having the product in your stock, why the hell you made me wait for 15days and at last cancelled the order!
Request you all guys to not purchase any product from flipkart, instead its better to pay a little more amount on some other good shopping sites.I am not only the one Flipkart has cheated, search the internet and you will find my others like me, because flipkart is doing this marketing strategy for a long time.And many people have fallen in this trap!
