Flipkart is like any other "big" brand you see today. What started out as a company that actually made Indians believe that the customer is king is no more the same.
Before you shop keep in mind that:
Flipkart will send you a message on your phone saying that your order will arrive "today", only to arrive a decade later during the most inconvenient time. You have to literally keep your fingers crossed and pray that you dont receive a defective item because you will have to give up a limb to go through the arduous process of getting a new item which is not defective or your cash back, a process that could burden generations of ones family.
And last but not least, Flipkart does not give a sh*t about you and yours or my reviews, because while I am writing this review Flipkart will have already made thousands and fooled a Billion. What used to be a holy grail of internet shopping that promised to save us from the problems of Ebay.in has lost its shine. The delivery sucks, customer care sucks( actually they are pretty quick when you have to confirm a payment for your order, thats it).
All that being said, writing this review gives me the same feeling as emptying my bowels in the morning. Now I just need to wash the piece of feces called Flipkart with the strongest hand wash I had ordered from Flipkart.
