I ordered 3 items from Flipkart last month, first was an JBL earphone which was delivered on time. Second item was also JBL tempo earphone which I had to gift it to someone was delivered very late and also I ordered a blue color product but they sent me a black one even after it took so long to reach. Third and the most important I ordered F&d 4.1 speaker which was on sale for rs 2300. It reached Delhi on 16th this month in the Rangpuri sort facility of Flipkart and it was just lying there. I called the so called customer service number everyday and all they did was apologies ...
I chased them till 20th and ultimately gave up. On the very same day I cancelled the order , which the Flipkart agent did it very fast. The price of the product changed to 3200. What I feel is they wanted me to cancel the order and their way of doing is by humiliating me and delaying the delivery. I won’t buy anything from Flipkart anymore. I thought this is a website which will deliver the service but seems to me, all I can I am very disappointed.
