I have use flipkart for shopping for lots of time, its customer suppor is good they always give good feed back for your questions.recently I order a smart phone from flipkart which is asus zenfone, the product was original and delivery was also fast.its a great thing they give us a option of one day delivery.the returning policy is also good they take back the product within 2-3 days after confirming return of product.
the thing I dont like is that on purchase of below 400 rupees they take 40 rupees delivery charges.whether you take 10 products of 100 rupees they will take delivery charges for all the 10 products.it’s a good website that you can trust that which ever product you order will be original.
