My first order with flipkart.com was for redmi 1S phone. Delivery for the product was too good but I got the phone which was faulty. It was heating badly that I was not able to catch that phone in my hand. I had to call them to get it replaced.
The worst part of flipkart.com that the guys sell new launches on flash sale. Customers have to wait a lot to get new phones ere the launched on Flash sale. I wanted to purchase MI 4 phone but because of their flash sale policy I could not get it and had to purchase Xiaomi’s Red mi 1s. Though this also one of the best phone.
The second Order with Flipkart was for optical wireless mouse for my computer. They send in the incomplete order. The bluetooth wireless receiver was missing. I reported the same to them. They took the first one back and delivered the new one. I was surprised to see that the second order was also incomplete. The bluetooth wireless receiver was missing again because of which there was no use of that optical mouse. Hi again reported the incident to them then they asked if I want my money back or want replacement again.
I thought they will send me the complete order so I asked for the replacement it was stunning to see that I got the same issue. Bluetooth wireless connector was missing again. This was really agitating for me. It was really ridiculous so finally had decided to quit and asked for my money back.
The third incident happened when I registered for Le tv 1 S. I tried to purchase it 3 times, I waited impatiently to get the sale started. Every time I got message that the device had gone out of stock, just in milliseconds.
Finally I decided to go with amazon.com and purchased Coolpad Note 3. I wish Flipkart had fair selling policy.
