I had ordered a book worth 246 and it was delivered in the 10th day after placing the order. When I opened the pack it was a completely different book I had received and it was worth 199. Such a fraud service. When I tried to return it that policy was irritating me.There were 3 options refund via upi, card and a gift coupon when I tried upi and card the continue option was diabled when I tried gift card then the continue option was ablled. I request you not to buy things from flipkart it just a scam to loot money I suggest amazon it is far better than this scam
it gives us real products.
