Pathetic Customer Service
We placed an order for a DVD player last month which had a free electric kettle along with it as a Special Offer. I received the DVD player within 6 days(more than the 3-4 working days promised) but to our surprise the Kettle was missing! When we asked the delivery guy he said he doesnt have any idea about the offer.
After that I have been continuously following up with their horrible customer support who told me that the kettle would not be delivered as it is out of stock. When I asked for a refund /replacement they said they’l check out the matter & give a call back within 24 hrs-which never happens....
It has been more than a month now & I am yet to get any resolution
