I have placed multiple orders with flipkart.com and am very impressed with them so far.Order in hassle free and they boast quite an extensive product catalog probably rivaling amazon.com at least by indian standards. The best part about ordering from flipkart is the delivery service. They are the only company I know of to start their own courier service (don’t know all the serviceable locations though) to deliver products. (not even amazon had to do that) But consider the service levels of Indian courier companies it probably does make good business sense.The only not so good things are of course the prices. Discount coupons are non-existent. And have of the products are priced above prices of other online retailers.
Not many customers would be willing to pay a premium for the same product just to order it through flipkart in my opinion. If they were price-competitive, I would not order from anyone else.
