Boat Soundbar delivered but no installation yet

Hi Team Flipkart,


My name is Dinesh Jain from Bangalore and this is with reference to Order ID: OD119363440251152000.


I ordered Boat Bluetooth Aavante Soundbar 2000 on 7th August and Order got delivered on 8th August by Flipkart.


Post product delivery, I am having a very difficult time working with flipkart customer service team via chat and phone.


I am awaiting for Installation of this product from Jeeves which was promised by flipkart to be done within 48 hours post delivery during order placement.


However, it’s been more than 48 hours of my product delivery and still there is no call or SMS from flipkart on when this product will be installed at my place along with Demo.


I have the product still packed at my place and the package is not even opened yet.


I called Jeeves today on 9972600036. However Jeeves informed me that they do not have any update from flipkart on my order yet. Once the order details from Flipkart to Jeeves is received, only then they can send the technician for installation and demo of the product.


I have been chatting and calling flipkart multiple times from the time this product got delivered. Flipkart customer service only says that they will escalate this issue and nobody helps after this.


Flipkart customer service agents over the phone only say that they can only escalate and cannot do much as they have very limited authority.


I was also misguided that this product does not qualify for free installation. However, online on flipkart website, it states that the delivery and installation is free(Screenshot for reference).


I am extremely frustrated talking to the flipkart customer service team as nobody is interested to support.
